June 30, 2012 Dinner


If you peek at my Twitter feed, you’ll know I spend my summer weekends on the beach lifeguarding (and love comics and bitch about the NHL). I’m down home for a full 10 days doing just that to kick off my summer, and that means some of Ma’s cooking, which is legendary in small circles, dark alleys and underground cock-fighting rings.

Here is what she treated us with on Saturday night:

Strawberry salad with raspberry vinaigrette

The salad also included spinach and feta cheese. Good. Stuff.

(I didn’t actually eat the fries, but here they are.)
